The goal of WhiteStone Professionals is to provide our clients the finest in Coaching and Training and Strategic Planning while equipping them to be successful individuals, business professionals and business executives. At WhiteStone Professionals we take a "targeted" approach with every client who is serious about winning his or her race. Hitting your target requires an aligned strategy, focusing on four strategic P’s: Purpose, Plans, People, and Productivity. When the four P’s are aligned, you get to enjoy the fifth P: Profit! More on that later.

At WhiteStone Professionals, we help you to focus on both Vertical and Horizontal Alignment. Vertical Alignment is achieved through strategic prayer: connecting with God to understand the Purposes that He has for your business and your role in it. Then, focusing on specific plans for specific timeframes: annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily. Horizontal Alignment focuses on specific skills for increasing Productivity with People. Get the work done, together, with less drama and conflict, more loyalty, enthusiasm, and dare we say, even FUN!

Purpose: What is God’s purpose for this business? What is His purpose for me in my role in this business?

Plans: What specifically is God planning for my business and for me in it? What do I need to accomplish in what ways and in what timeframe?

Productivity: What actions are needed to accomplish those purposes and plans?

People: What skills do I need to work together with people to accomplish those purposes and plans?

Profit: How do I measure profit? Is it revenue? Is it people? Is it both?
